In expounding upon the concept of “such a great salvation: (2:3), the writer of Hebrews shows the great length God went to save and nurture us.

• Jesus Christ is the answer to your life as all things are in subjection to Him (5-8)

• Jesus Christ paid the required price for your salvation (9-18)

~ He took on flesh for us

~ He tasted death for us

• Jesus Christ can help you with temptation (11-18)

~ He identifies with us as “brothers”

~ He walked in our “shoes”
