The benefits we have in Christ are reinforced in the local church to help us persevere in the faith.

THE BENEFITS WE HAVE IN CHRIST (19-21)
- Confident access to God through Christ
- Continual intercession of Christ

THEREFORE...

DRAW NEAR TO GOD (22)
- With a true heart
- With a cleansed conscience
- With a purified body

HOLD FAST TO THE CONFESSION OF OUR HOPE (23)
- Without wavering
- Based on God's faithfulness

STIR UP ONE ANOTHER (24-25)
- To love
- To good works
- To be a community
