Marriage must be revered, valued, and esteemed by the Church as a model for the world.

- Societal recognition of the sanctity of marriage: "Let marriage be held in honor among all"
- Practicing sexual purity: "Let the marriage bed be undefiled"
* Avoid sexual immorality (single people)
* Avoid Adultery (married people)
